What a gem of a find! We visited yesterday for the first time and the owner, Mark, was informative and thoughtful when choosing the right sashimi pieces we’d need for our sushi party (which was definitely a hit). The dry aged otoro was such a fatty, melt in your mouth delicacy, I highly recommend. The maguro was also a winner and next time, we’ll be sure to get the salmon here too.
